7/31/2023 0 Comments Lumen apartments ownership bbb.organyone could look at it and tell it was a used item. The packaging inside didnt seem like original packaging, random plastic bags were used. It arrived without an outer box (risky for a glass lamp fixture), the box ha tapes over tapes, it was torn and patched up. ?But the replacement that got sent to me came in an even more battered state. Everything went well there, even though it was a slow slow process. The returned item reached them and I got my refund. I returned one and wanted to keep one, so asked for replacement on the other one. They offered replacement, or return option. When I received the packages, and opened them I realized one of the boxes was already opened, had one missing part and the packaging was torn. I really admired the collection of light fixtures on their website and ordered a couple on11th july 2022. Just to show you some of it order # SO5978607. For your info, I have ordered several items from them. This has caused a lot of problems for me since day 1. This is so frustrating and caused a lot of inconvenience on my part. ![]() It took 2 men and a scaffolding to install the chandelier and I believe I have to get again to replace the part. And besides who will shoulder the expenses of installing the said part. Lumens said they are sending the part but at this point I don't trust the integrity of the manufacturer anymore. At least 2 electricians looked at it and both claim ballast problem. Lumens have to send 3 bulbs to replace it. It was delivered sometime 3rd week of Feb. I ordered a chandelier from Lumens on Feb.
